The IPS website has recently been updated to show some of the exciting new products that have been added over the last few months. There have also been a few price updates, and some more pictures added. Over the coming weeks, there will be an updated downloadable version, and there are also new items up for sale in our ex rental section.
Rigging
In the Rigging Department, our new Pipe & Drape system is cutting down installation time. With uprights adjustable between 1.8m and 4.2m, and crossbars adjustable between 1.8m and 3m and fitted with Velcro, it is easy to attach drapes or LED Starcloth and transform your room.
The unique four way corners and pivoting crossbars mean that a huge range of shapes can be quickly created – including stepped curved. It is also easy to create angled top height drape runs if required. We have flightcased kits ready to roll now.
Sound Equipment Hire
Sound equipmental rental stocks have been further increased with even more d&b audiotechnik T10 speaker cabinets and B4 subs, and the complimenting D12 amplifiers. Also just arrived following consistent high demand is an additional Yamaha LS-9 32 channel digital mixing desk.
Litedeck Stage Hire
More sizes have been added to the extensive list of LiteDeck staging modules that are stocked by IPS. The latest sizes to join the rental inventory are 8’x1’ and 4’x3’ sizes- further adding to the flexibility of the system. More circular stage options have also been added to the dry hire list, and the range of Litestructures Modular Steps has also been extended. This gives a much wider range of step heights, complete with fitted handrails. Metric conversions have been added to the stage heights listings to help make it easier to match to your requirements. Using the huge range of different shapes, size and heights that are available an almost unlimited number of stage options can be constructed.
Power Distribution
Generators have now been added to the dry hire range, with a 65kva Road Tow and wheeled 6kva option available. These super silenced diesel powered machines are ideal for event sites, and with a range of on board power outlet options are a straightforward way to deal with your power requirements. The 6kva sets can be ramped into a standard van, and the Road Towable 65kva sets can be towed with most commercial vehicles to supply power where you need it. Alternatively, IPS can deliver to your event site, and if required your electrical installation can be completed and certified by our qualified crew.
Audio Visual Equipment Rental
Finally, the Audio-Visual department has moved further into the land of High Definition, with an increased range of DVI cabling and distribution to complement the new Macbook Pro Laptops that are available now. The latest MBPs from Apple feature a High Resolution 15” Retina Display, powerful i7 processors, 8GB of RAM and Solid State Hard Drives. The Macbook Pro machines are sent out with an Apple USB Superdrive, USB Mouse and VGA & DVI output adaptor. The Kramer 4-way DVI Distribution Amps that are now in stock feature EDID capture options to help avoid HDCP issues, and reliably distribute the DVI signal- ideal to be used with our range of Full HD Panasonic Plasma screen Displays. Also extended is our range of Lecterns, with a table top option now added- ideal for those board presentations!
