Soundcraft-EPM12More EPM Mixers added to rental stock, and all radio mics covered by our shared radio mic license

Ideal for smaller events, the Soundcraft EPM 8 and EPM 12 mixers pack a lot of features into a compact package. Offering 8 mono plus 2 stereo channels or 12 mono plus 2 stereo channels, the range of inputs and easy to access channel EQ mean these mixers are easy to use, and are also attractively priced. The EPM8 is the control at the heart of the popular ‘Ipod Party Package’ PA system – and these desks can also be hired individually, see here for prices.

Soundcraft-EPM8IPS has recently renewed our Radio Mic License, which enables us and anyone using our equipment on a rental basis permission to use our Shure and Sennheiser UHF Radio Mic Systems. Any frequency with the Channel 38 band can be used, which covers 606.500 to 613.500 MHz, subject to the conditions as set out in the license. As you’ll no doubt be aware any old channel 69 equipment can no longer be used legally in the UK – check here for frequency details if you are unsure. A laminated copy of the IPS license will be sent out with all radio mic systems to enable users to demonstrate that they have the appropriate authorisation to use the equipment as supplied.
