IPS will be at Confex 2018 with the ArenaMK on stand I54C on Feb 28th & Mar1st 2018
IPS will be at Confex supporting the Stadium MK, which is home to the ArenaMK and Doubletree by Hilton Milton Keynes, on stand I54C at International Confex 2018 at Olympia, London on 28th Feb to 1st March.
International Confex is a trade exhibition for the events industry, bringing over 300 venues, destinations and suppliers together under one roof at London’s Olympia. Taking place on Wednesday 28th February and Thursday 1st March, the event is attended by professional and commercial conference and exhibition organisers, corporates, agencies and associations. Confex provides opportunities to meet people and suppliers from all areas of the industry and is an ideal place to find inspiration and new ideas. The ArenaMK is a versatile 3420m2 events venue, and part of the Stadium MK development. With the Doubletree by Hilton Milton Keynes onsite providing over 300 bedrooms, plus a range of event spaces, there are an almost unlimited number of ways the site can be used for your event. Extensive onsite parking and excellent transport links make the Milton Keynes location easily accessible from all over the UK – and beyond. Check out an introductory video about the venue here. The ArenaMK team will be on stand I54C ready to discuss any event requirements you may have – and with events already successfully delivered ranging from sports events and large parties, exhibitions and live music events to corporate meetings and product launches, there is little the venue can’t accommodate.
IPS is the venue services provider at the ArenaMK, and can provide anything from a connection to a mains supply and the installation of top rigging points to a full technical equipment package. The Confex stand will feature a wall of the IPS 2.9mm LED screen, and will be an opportunity to see this high resolution product in action. This is just one of the options IPS can offer from an extensive inventory of Staging, Rigging, Lighting, Video, Sound and Power equipment. Based just a few minutes from the ArenaMK, and with a detailed working knowledge of the venue, IPS will also be on stand I54C and will be happy to discuss any of the more technical aspects of the event spaces.
