Hiring from Us
At IPS, we aim to make working with us as straightforward as possible. If you are hiring from us for the first time, we will need a New Customer Application form to be completed, and may require additional forms of identification to be presented- please contact us for further details.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit or Debit Card, and of course Cash. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge for all Credit Card transactions which will be added to your overall invoice.
All equipment will be ready for collection from 12:00 on the date of the hire commencing, and must be returned by 11:30 on the date of the hire ending. A week hire is classed as a continuous period of up to 7 days, not covering more than one weekend. A day hire is classed as a 24 hour period, and equipment must be collected and returned as per the times above to qualify. Any late returns affect our ability to turn equipment around for the next hire, and will incur additional charges - especially if we are not kept informed.
Equipment can be collected from our warehouse, or we can deliver to pretty much anywhere. IPS runs a fleet of different vehicles, including 3.5t long wheel base vans, 7.5t trucks, 18t trucks and beyond. We can deliver and collect any time of day or night, although there will be additional charges for collections outside of our normal office hours. Please contact us for a quotation for delivery or collections.

Please note that by hiring equipment or services from Impact Production Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Please also note that the hirer is responsible for all equipment for the duration of the hire, and suitable insurance should be obtained by the hirer.
